We are located at House Number 1410A in Sector 29, right here in Faridabad. It is a residential area primarily, so our office feels very much like a part of the neighborhood. Being in Haryana, we get our fair share of dust and heat, but the house stays relatively cool inside. We have been here for a while now, operating as Lea Associates South Asia Pvt Ltd. Most of our work involves sitting down with blueprints and data, so a quiet house in a sector like this works out better than a noisy main road. It is easy for the staff to get here, and we have a bit of a routine going with the local chai stall nearby. We are not into big displays or anything like that. The office is just a set of rooms filled with computers and files where we sort out the project details. Sometimes the neighbors ask what we are up to, and we just tell them we are working on regional development stuff. It is a straightforward operation without any big corporate polish. We deal with the usual local issues like water supply or the odd power glitch, but it doesn't stop the work from getting finished. Every morning we start early to beat the traffic coming into Faridabad. It is just a group of us doing our jobs in a regular house, which makes the long days feel a bit more comfortable for everyone here.
