Our facility is at 12/4 on the Delhi Mathura Road. It is a heavy industrial stretch of road, and we fit right in with the other big units in the National Capital Region. We work on boilers, which are massive pieces of equipment that take a lot of effort to put together. It is never a quiet job here. There is always the sound of welding, grinding metal, and heavy cranes moving things around. Our floors are made of thick concrete and they have plenty of marks from moving the heavy steel. We do not have a fancy reception area with flowers or anything like that; we just have a functional space where we plan out the engineering and the builds. The traffic on the Mathura Road is always a struggle, so getting parts delivered on time takes a lot of planning. We have to wear earplugs most of the time because the sound of the metal clanging is enough to give anyone a headache if they are not careful. We have a team of people who have been doing this for a long time, and they know their way around a shop floor. Lunch is usually a quick break in the canteen before we head back to the noise. It is honest, heavy work that requires us to pay a lot of attention to the details. We are just a bunch of people making sure these machines are built right.
