Our main office and workspace are at Plot No. 130 in Sector-24. Lakhani India Ltd. is a pretty busy operation, and we always have a lot going on inside these walls. Since we are in an industrial sector, there is always the constant sound of trucks and movement right outside the door. We aren't one of those sleek companies with bean bags and fancy glass walls. It’s a traditional workspace with old desks, lots of files, and a lot of activity on the floor. Most of the people here have been working at Plot 130 for many years. We know the layout of Sector-24 like the back of our hands. Dealing with manufacturing and distribution means that things can get quite hectic sometimes. There are days when the phone just doesn't stop ringing and the paperwork starts to pile up on the desks. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving. We don't have a PR team or any big marketing budget to speak of. We just focus on getting the orders finished and making sure all the machines are running the way they should. It gets a bit dusty in the warehouse, and the air conditioning can be a bit temperamental, but it works for us. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused throughout the day. It’s a practical environment. We don’t use any corporate jargon here; we just talk like regular people.
