We are over in Sgm Nagar, specifically in Bhagat Singh Colony. Our place is really close to the Govt Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya No 3. It's a busy neighborhood with kids going to school and people heading to work. Our building is mostly used for storing stuff before it goes out to other shops. We have stacks of crates and boxes piled up high. It’s not a place meant for browsing. We mostly deal with loading and unloading trucks in the morning. It can get pretty hectic when three deliveries arrive at the same time. The floor is concrete and a bit cracked in places. We’ve got a small corner with a table and a couple of old chairs where we sit to do the paperwork. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Just jeans and shirts that can get a bit dirty. The neighbors know us because of the vans coming in and out. Sometimes we stand outside for a break and watch the street life. We’ve been operating from this colony for years now. It’s a practical location for us. We don’t have a website or any of that fancy stuff. We just use the phone and talk to people directly. It’s a simple way to run things, and it suits us just fine. We just try to get the orders sorted and moved.
