Kumar Architect & Associates

Kumar Architect & Associates is located at Shop No. 180 on the 9-10 Dividing Road in Sector 10. We are right near the English wine shop, which is the landmark everyone uses to find us. It is a busy road, and we get to see a lot of the local life passing by our window every day. The office is pretty basic, with a few desks and a lot of paper everywhere. We are usually busy with something, whether it is measuring a site or sitting at the computer. We don't really do the whole corporate thing; we are just local guys who know how to put a building together. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the samples and blueprints, but we know where everything is. We talk to folks about their plots and what they can actually build there given the local rules. It is a lot of back and forth, trying to figure out the best way to use the space they have. We have been here for a while and know most of the people who work in the nearby shops. It is a friendly atmosphere, even if it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside. We just focus on doing our work and helping out the neighbors when they need some technical advice on their construction. It is a simple setup, and it works for us.
