It’s more of an office and a small prep area. We chose this spot because it's quiet compared to the main roads. We aren't into big advertisements or flashy signs. Most of our neighbors know us. We are just a small group of people working together. Sometimes the stairs are a bit annoying when we have to carry heavy bags. We just get on with it. The food industry is tough. You have to be careful with everything. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just try to do our jobs. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait. Faridabad summers are really hot, so we try to stay cool inside. We keep our books in order. It’s a private limited company, so there is always some form to fill out. We are just regular people trying to run a business in Haryana. It’s not perfect, but it’s ours. We work hard and then we go home.
