Jcb India Ltd is located over in Bhim Sain Colony. Specifically, we are at House No C/17 on Dayanand Gali in Ballabgarh. That’s in the Faridabad area of Haryana. It’s a regular neighborhood, not a big industrial zone like you might expect. Working out of Dayanand Gali means we see our neighbors every day. It’s a bit more personal than being in a giant factory complex. We have our office in a house, which makes the whole workday feel a bit more relaxed. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. Most of us just bring our lunch or go find something nearby in Ballabgarh. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We don't have any polished mission statements or fancy logos on every wall. The sign says Jcb India Ltd, and we just do our work from this house in Haryana. It gets quite hot in the summers, so we keep the fans going and just keep at it. People in the colony know who we are, and we like being part of the local scene here. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s honest work. We don't really care about looking corporate. We just want to make sure the work is done right and that we can go home to our families at the end of the day. That’s the reality of our office here in Bhim Sain Colony.
