Our place is at 59, Sector-22, in the N.I.T. area of Faridabad. The pin code is 121005. Being part of Jcb India Ltd here in Haryana means we see a lot of activity throughout the week. Sector-22 is a busy part of the city, and N.I.T. is always humming with something going on outside. We are not in a shiny new skyscraper with a view. Our office is a bit more lived-in than that. We have got stacks of paper and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. We handle a lot of the local coordination and parts stuff from this location. It is mostly just us and the phones ringing. We do not have a fancy receptionist or a waiting room with expensive magazines to read. If you come by, you will probably just see us working hard at our desks. We try to keep things simple and honest. No one here uses big corporate jargon because it does not really help get the job done at the end of the day. We just talk like normal people to everyone who walks through the door. The weather in Faridabad can get really hot in the summer, so we appreciate the old AC unit we have, even if it makes a lot of noise. We have been in this spot for a good while, and we know most of the other folks working on this street. It is a community.
