You can find us at 5B-46 in the N.I.T. area of Faridabad. Being a JCB dealer means our lives revolve around those big yellow machines. The office is right there in the middle of the action in Haryana. It’s a busy place because there is always someone coming in to ask about a part or to see when a technician can get out to their site. We have a lot of back-and-forth with the main plant and the local contractors. The workspace is practical. We have a desk for the paperwork and plenty of space out back for the equipment. It’s not the quietest office you’ll ever visit, as there is usually a truck idling nearby or someone loading up spares. We’ve been in this N.I.T. location for a while, and the neighbors know us as the people to see when a backhoe breaks down. We don’t try to act like we’re some big corporate entity. We’re just local people who know these machines inside and out. Some days are stressful when a customer is in a hurry, but we just deal with it as it comes. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time on our feet. It’s a straightforward business where a person’s word still counts for something. If we say we’ll find a part, we’ll spend the afternoon looking for it until we do.
