You will find Rock Ford Smiles Play School at 748 Jawahar Colony. It is a very lively place as you can imagine with a bunch of young kids running around all day. We started this place because the local neighborhood needed a good spot for the little ones to go. It is not a high-tech facility with fancy gadgets. We have colorful walls, lots of plastic toys, and a small yard out back. It gets pretty loud during the morning playtime. We use very simple things to teach them like blocks, crayons, and picture books. The teachers here are mostly local women who have raised kids of their own. We do not have a big corporate board or fancy titles. It is just us making sure the kids are safe and having a bit of fun while their parents are at work. Jawahar Colony is a tight community and we know most of the families by their first names. The front gate is always buzzing with parents dropping off or picking up their children. Sometimes things are a bit chaotic in the hallways. A spilled juice box or a lost shoe happens almost every single day. We just deal with it and move on. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just focus on the kids. They seem happy enough and that is really what matters to us in the end. We like the noise and the mess. It feels real.
