Shop 101 A in the Crockery Market is where we are at. Sadar Bazar is probably one of the most crowded places you can find. It’s a lot of work just getting to the shop in the morning because of all the handcarts and laborers moving boxes. Our shop is right in the middle of all that chaos. We serve a lot of the traders and the people who come to buy stuff for their own businesses. It’s very fast-paced. You don't have time for long conversations. People want their snacks or their sweets, and they want to get back to their shopping. The space is tight, and we have boxes stacked almost to the ceiling. We focus on keeping the food coming out fresh because it sells out pretty fast. The heat in Sadar Bazar can be really intense, especially in the narrow lanes where the air doesn't move much. We just drink a lot of water and keep going. We've been in this market for years, and we've seen how it has grown even more packed over time. There’s always the sound of people haggling over prices right outside our door. We just stick to our corner and make sure the trays are full. It's a tough environment but it's where we've always been, serving the people who work in the market.
