Our small team at Irec Solutions Innovative Recruitent Solutions works out of the second floor in Spring Feilds Colony. It’s a quiet enough area in Faridabad, Haryana, which helps when we are trying to focus on finding people for jobs. We’ve been at this address, 6 16, for a bit now. Recruitent is a lot of talking on the phone and looking through piles of papers to see who fits where. It can get a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren't a huge corporation with a glass building. It’s just a normal floor in a colony where we know the neighbors. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and keep going. Hiring people is more about understanding what someone needs rather than using big words or fancy software. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going through emails. The office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine, but it’s ours and it serves its purpose. We chose this spot in Haryana because it’s easy to get to and it feels like a real community. Most of the time, it’s just us working through the lunch hour to make sure we don't miss any calls. It’s basic, honest work and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We stay here until the work is done and we are just here from nine to five like most other people.
