Indolac Paints

If you look behind Nishant School in Palwal, you will find our place. Indolac Paints is located in this part of Faridabad, Haryana, and it’s a fairly straightforward setup. We have a lot of paint cans stacked up along the walls, which gives the whole office a bit of a chemical smell, but we don't mind it much anymore. The shop floor is usually covered in a bit of dust because of all the construction going on nearby in Palwal. We spend our mornings talking to the painters and contractors who come in to pick up supplies. It isn't a polished showroom with bright lights and fancy displays. It’s more of a working warehouse where we move boxes and check invoices all day. The street outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, so we are always mopping the floor to keep it somewhat clean. We have a small desk near the front where we sit and handle the cash and the paperwork. Most of us who work here have been in the paint business for a long time, so we know the local market well. We don’t have a big mission statement or any corporate goals pinned to the wall. We just focus on getting the right colors out to the people who need them. It’s a bit of a rough-and-ready kind of place, but we take pride in just doing the work every single day without any drama or unnecessary fuss.
