You can find Indication Instruments Ltd over at E-370/1 on Lane No. 6 in Dabua Colony. We are part of the N. I. T. area in Faridabad, Haryana. It’s a busy little spot and Lane No. 6 is often blocked by some truck or another. Our building is a regular brick structure that we’ve been using for quite some time. We make and check instruments here. It’s very detailed work. We have rows of workbenches with various tools and testing equipment. It’s not a shiny factory. It’s more of a workshop where people have their own favorite spots to sit. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we’d rather focus on the gauges and meters we are working on. Faridabad is an industrial city, so there is always a bit of smoke and noise in the air. We’ve got a small fan for each person to try and stay cool during the Haryana summers. Sometimes the water cooler breaks down and that’s a real problem for us. We just deal with it and keep going. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know the routine inside out. It’s a steady job and we take it one day at a time. The neighbors in Dabua Colony are mostly other small workshops and houses. It’s a familiar place and we like being part of the local mix here in Lane No. 6.
