Icici Bank

The Icici Bank here is situated in Gandhi Colony, which is part of the NIT area in Faridabad. It's a busy neighborhood, and we are right in the middle of it. We see a lot of local workers and families coming in throughout the day. The office is pretty basic, nothing too impressive to look at, but it serves its purpose for the community. We spend our time handling things like account openings, cash transactions, and just generally helping people figure out their banking. Faridabad can be quite a hectic place, but we try to keep a steady rhythm here at the branch. We have been in Gandhi Colony for a while and have gotten to know the locals. It’s just a regular job for us, making sure the numbers add up and the customers get what they need. We don't use much corporate jargon here; we just talk like normal people. Sometimes the lobby gets a bit full and it’s a struggle to find a seat, but people are generally patient. We are part of the daily life in NIT. Whether it's someone saving up for something big or just needing to pay a bill, we see it all. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work. We are just a group of staff members who keep the bank running for the people living nearby. We have our tea together in the afternoon and then get back to the files. It is what it is. We just focus on the task at hand.
