We’re based out of a house, Hno 823 in Sector 29, Faridabad. It’s a residential area, so it feels very different from working in a big commercial park. We like it this way because it’s quieter and feels more personal to us. The office is basically just a few rooms converted for our work at Ibm India Pvt Ltd. It’s a bit of a tight fit sometimes, but we make it work. Sector 29 is a nice neighborhood, and we’ve gotten to know the people living around here over time. We don’t have a big office sign, so you have to look for the house number to find us. It’s a practical setup for a small team. We usually bring our own lunch or get something from the local market nearby when we need a break. The atmosphere is very laid-back. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. We just show up and do what needs to be done. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside, and you can hear them, which is nice. It’s a very human way to work. We aren't a big faceless corporation when you see us here; we’re just neighbors doing our jobs. It’s been our base for a while now, and we’re quite comfortable in this little corner of Faridabad. It’s simple, honest, and it suits us just fine for the daily work we have to do.
