Our office is at 406 Prateek Kunj in Sector 21C, Faridabad. This is a residential sector, so it’s a lot quieter than the main city centers. Prateek Kunj is a nice enough complex. Being in Faridabad, we are a bit away from the main rush of Delhi or Gurgaon, which is a relief most days. The office for Ibm India Pvt Ltd here is basically an apartment that we have turned into a workspace. It has a kitchen and a bathroom just like any home. We use the main living area for most of the desks. It feels a bit more personal working from a place like this. You get to know the security guards at the gate and the people living in the other units. We don't have any big neon signs or a fancy front desk. If you come by, you just ring the bell for 406. It’s a simple way to work. We have our computers and our files, and that is about it. The balcony gives us a bit of fresh air when we need a break. It is a very honest sort of setup. No one is trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. We just want a quiet place to get our work done. It suits us just fine and the pin code is 121001. We prefer this calm atmosphere over the busy downtown offices any day.
