Ibm Daksh

Ibm Daksh operates out of House No 1364 in Sector 28, Faridabad. This is a residential sector, so it’s actually quite a calm place compared to some of the other spots we’ve been in. The house has been converted into an office, which gives it a bit of a unique character. You still see the old house layout while you’re walking between desks. We’re in Haryana 121008, and the neighborhood is mostly families and other small businesses that have moved into the houses here. It’s a bit of a walk to the main market, so we usually bring our own lunch or order something in. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few rooms dedicated to different teams, and the furniture is just standard stuff that gets the job done. We aren't trying to win any design awards here. Most of the staff has been around for a while, so there’s a sense of just knowing what needs to be done without being told. We don’t have a big front desk or a receptionist greeting people. If someone knocks, whoever is closest to the door usually lets them in. It’s a very informal environment, which makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. We just stay focused on the work and keep the operations moving as best as we can every day. It's a plain, simple life here in the sector. We like the quiet of being away from the highway.
