Ibm Business Analyst

The office is over at 5 P 36 in Faridabad E. It’s a simple setup where we do business analyst work. There’s no big sign outside, just a regular door in a regular street. Inside, it’s mostly just desks covered in papers and a few laptops. Faridabad can be a bit dusty and loud, but once you’re inside, it’s fine. We spend a lot of time looking at numbers and charts. It isn't the most exciting thing to look at, but it keeps us busy. We have a couple of fans that stay on all day because it gets warm in the afternoons. The furniture is a mix of things we’ve picked up over the years. Nothing matches, but it’s comfortable enough to sit in for eight hours. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We prefer it this way. It’s low pressure and we can just focus on the data. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we don't need to be formal. We take our tea breaks together at the small shop down the road. It’s a very basic way of working, but it gets the results we need. We don't see any reason to change how we do things or move to a fancier place. It works for us just the way it is.
