Our setup is a bit different because we work out of a house in Faridabad. The address is house number 1231 in Sector 7 D. Because it is a residential neighborhood, the vibe is much quieter than a typical commercial hub. A few of the rooms have been converted into offices with desks and computers. It still feels a bit like a home, which the staff seems to enjoy. We have been in this part of Haryana for a few years now. Out front, there is a small yard, but it mostly serves as a spot to park a couple of scooters. No big company logo hangs on the gate. Inside, we handle all the technical work and take our client calls throughout the day. The rooms are somewhat small, so meetings can feel a bit tight when everyone joins in. Since there is no cleaning crew, we all pitch in to keep the place looking okay. Power goes out once in a while, but a backup system keeps the computers from shutting down unexpectedly. It is a very straightforward way to run a business without any complex hierarchies. Everyone just shows up, does their tasks, and then heads home. The location is convenient for the whole team, and we like the local feel of the sector. Everything we need, like food and basic supplies, is just a short walk away.
