Healing Hands

You can find us in Faridabad City at I 72 in the Army Colony, Sector 29. Because it is an Army Colony, the area stays pretty organized and clean, which is a nice change from the busier parts of the city. Our workspace is inside a regular house, so it feels very comfortable and grounded. We have a few desks set up in the main room and a smaller space in the back where we keep the files and the printer. The garden outside is small but it’s nice to look at when we take a break. We don't have any receptionists or fancy waiting areas. If the doorbell rings, one of us just goes and opens it. We spend our days mostly on the computer or talking to people on the phone. It’s a steady pace of work without too much stress. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us, so it’s a friendly atmosphere. The internet is usually reliable, but when it goes down, we just take it as a sign to have some tea. We don't use any complicated systems or have long meetings. We just talk to each other across the room when something needs to be decided. It is a very human way to run a business, and being in Sector 29 makes it feel quite peaceful compared to the rest of Faridabad.
