Usually, the morning starts with someone unlocking the main door and getting the fans going. We sit down, check the lists, and start the day. It’s a very local feel here. Most of us live within a short drive or a bus ride. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we’re just a team at Hcl Comnet keeping things moving. Sometimes we have lunch together in the small break area. It’s a bit cramped, but it does the job. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that.
