We are located at C Block, 2073A, in Sushant Lok 1. It is a standard building in a residential part of DLF City. We do various types of food processing and packaging here. It is not a huge factory. It is more like a large kitchen and packing area. We have several long tables where we sort through the ingredients. Sometimes we are packing snacks, other times it is grains or spices. The work changes depending on what our customers need that week. It is a lot of manual labor. We do not have many machines. Most of the work is done by hand, from filling the bags to sticking on the labels. The labels are sometimes a little crooked because we do it ourselves. We do not have a fancy office upstairs. There is just a small desk where we keep the invoices and the phone. Sushant Lok 1 is a good area to work in because it is easy to get to. Most of our staff live nearby and walk to work. We have a tea break every afternoon where we sit around and talk about the news. It is a relaxed atmosphere, though we do get busy when a big shipment has to go out. We don't pretend to be some huge international company. We are just a local food business trying to do things the right way. It is a steady job and we like it.
