Gunno Apparels Private Limited is located at Plot No. 91-91A in the DLF Industrial Area, Phase 1, in Faridabad. Being in an industrial area means it’s pretty noisy and there are trucks moving around all day. It’s a good spot for us because we need the space for the machines and the storage. We’ve been here in this part of Haryana for some time now. Our day starts early, usually before the traffic really gets bad, and we stay until the work is done. It’s not a polished office with fancy carpets; it’s a working floor where stuff gets made. We deal with all kinds of apparel, and there’s always something new to figure out. Some days we are really busy with a big order, and everyone has to jump in, including the managers. We don't have time for long meetings or corporate talk. We just discuss what needs to happen over a quick cup of tea and then get back to it. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the location, but that’s just how industrial areas are. We’ve had machines break down at the worst possible time, but we’ve got a guy who knows how to fix them quickly. It’s a real, boots-on-the-ground kind of place. We just focus on keeping the production line moving and making sure the final product is decent. There's usually a stray dog near the gate that we feed sometimes. It’s just how things are here.
