Genpact

Genpact is located at 425 in Sector 15A over in Faridabad, Haryana. If you know Faridabad, you know it’s got its own rhythm and it’s a bit slower than Delhi. Sector 15A is a decent spot, and our building at 425 is pretty easy to find once you get into the right lane. It’s not a tall tower or anything fancy like that. It’s just a sturdy building that’s seen a lot of seasons. Inside, we have our setup which is mostly just rows of tables and a whole lot of wires. We try to keep things organized, but there’s always a pile of papers or some old folders sitting somewhere. The windows let in some decent light, which is nice in the winter when it’s cold outside. We have a small area where we sit and eat our tiffins together. The conversations are usually about cricket or what’s happening in the local news. We don’t really use fancy business talk here. We just speak like we do at home. It’s a relaxed atmosphere mostly. Sometimes it gets busy and we’re all focused, but we still find time to share a joke. The walk to the local market is short, so we head there if we need anything. 15A is a quiet area compared to the main roads, which we really appreciate. It’s just a regular group of people working in Haryana.
