Genpact

We’ve been over here at 1149 Sector 9 in Faridabad for a good bit now. It’s a pretty busy area, honestly, and if you know this part of Haryana, you know how things move around here. Genpact is the name on the door, but to us, it’s just the place where we come to get our day started. The building isn't anything fancy, just a regular spot in the sector. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud in the mornings, but we’ve mostly gotten used to it by now. We keep things pretty simple inside. There’s a desk for everyone and some old chairs in the break room that have definitely seen better days. Usually, someone brings in tea or snacks around mid-morning to share. It’s not like those big glass offices you see in movies. It’s more practical and a bit messy. We do our work, talk to the neighbors occasionally, and head home when the sun goes down. Most of us live fairly close by, so the commute isn't too bad. You might actually miss the sign if you’re driving too fast down the street. We’ve been here long enough that most people in the neighborhood recognize us, even if they don't exactly know everything we do on our computers all day. It's a steady place to be. We don't have a lot of big meetings or anything like that, just the usual stuff that needs doing.
