We started this thing here in Sector 8 of Faridabad. It's mostly run out of House 1158. Honestly, it's just a small group of us trying to get some decent food and drinks out to the neighborhood. The name is a bit long, Gaam G Kesryy Foodsand Beveragesprivate Limited, but we usually just focus on the work itself. We spend most of our days figuring out what people around here actually want to eat. It gets busy sometimes. The kitchen is always going. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It's just a regular spot in the sector where we handle everything. Some days are smoother than others. We deal with suppliers, check the ingredients, and try to keep things moving. Faridabad has a lot of food options, but we wanted to do our own thing. It's hard work, mostly just staying on top of the orders and making sure the beverages are right. We've lived in this area for a while, so we know the people here. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. Just keeping it simple and local. If you walk past House 1158, that is us. We are usually just inside working on the next batch of whatever we are making. It’s a bit noisy at times but that’s how it goes when you’re busy with food. We just like what we do. It's a lot of cleaning up and starting over every morning.
