G C Tent House

We have been running G C Tent House for quite some time now, right here on the Palwal Aligarh Road. It is a busy stretch of road and we see a lot of people passing by every single day. Our main work is just handling the tents and all the stuff that goes with them like the poles and the heavy cloths. Most mornings start early when we check what needs to be loaded onto the vehicles for the day's jobs. It gets pretty dusty out here, but that is just how it is on this side of town. We have a lot of different sizes of tents and sometimes it takes a lot of effort to find exactly what a person is looking for in the storage area. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical one where we keep our gear. When someone has a wedding or a small get-together, they come over and talk to us about how many chairs or how much covering they need. We spend time trying to keep everything organized, though it can get a bit cluttered when everything comes back from a big event at once. The Aligarh road is always humming with noise, and we are just a part of that background. We don’t spend much time on anything but the work itself. Fixing tears in the fabric or making sure the ropes are strong takes up a good chunk of our afternoons. It's just a regular life here on the road, doing the same things every season.
