We are located in Chhainsa, which is a village in the Ballabgarh area of Faridabad. Our setup is simple, operating out of Rama Rani’s place. It is a local effort by a bunch of us who have been farming these fields for as long as we can remember. The name Fresh Field sounded right because that is exactly what we deal with every single morning. We grow different things depending on the time of year and try to make sure nothing goes to waste. Dealing with the big markets in Faridabad can be a real headache, so we formed this producer company to give ourselves a little more strength. It is not just about making money; it is about making sure the farming way of life stays alive here for our kids. We talk to the other farmers in the village, share advice on which fertilizers are actually working, and help each other with the harvest when the time comes. There is a lot of paperwork that comes with being an official company, which none of us really enjoy, but it is necessary these days. We are not some big corporation; we are just people from Chhainsa working the land. Some days are much longer than others, especially when the machinery breaks down or the weather turns bad on us. But we keep at it because it is what we know how to do. We just want to do our work and keep the fields growing.
