Fly Apparel Pvt. Ltd.

Over at Plot No. 349 in Indraprastha Colony, things stay pretty busy from early morning until late evening. This is Sector 30-33, so there are plenty of other businesses around us, but we mostly stick to our own space and our own work. Fly Apparel Pvt. Ltd. is basically just a large room full of tables and sewing stations. We handle a lot of fabric here. Sometimes it's bright colors, other times it's just plain workwear. You'll see piles of fabric scraps on the floor by midday, no matter how much we try to sweep up. It’s just the nature of the job we do. We don't have a polished front office with a fancy rug or a receptionist. People just walk in through the main gate and find whoever is in charge of the floor that day. We spend a lot of time double-checking the measurements because if a sleeve is too short, the whole garment is useless and it's a waste of material. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we have a good group of people here who make it easier to get through the day. We share snacks and talk about our families while the machines are running. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to make sure the orders are finished on time so we can go home. It’s a normal job in a normal neighborhood. We've been here a long time.
