Fiserv India Pvt Ltd is located in Gandhi Colony in Faridabad. It’s a pretty straightforward neighborhood, nothing too fancy or modern. Our building is one of those that has been around for a while. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist at a marble desk. You just walk in and see us working. Faridabad can be a bit rugged around the edges, but we like it here. It’s got a real feel to it. Our office is mostly just open space with a few partitions. We spend our days dealing with the paperwork and the computer systems. It can get a bit loud when the local traffic picks up outside, but you get used to the noise after a few weeks. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for tea. That’s usually the busiest spot in the morning. We don’t have big corporate meetings with slides and all that. We just talk across the desks when something needs to be fixed. It’s a very direct way of working. Most of us live nearby, so we don't have those long commutes that people in the bigger cities complain about. We just show up, do what’s required, and head home to our families. It’s a simple life and we don’t really see a need to change it. Gandhi Colony feels like home for the business now.
