Filix Consulting

Filix Consulting is based at 300 Gupta Ganj in Palwal. It’s a spot in Haryana that’s part of the wider NCR region, so we get a bit of that Delhi energy but with a local feel. Bhushan Arora and the rest of us work from this location. It’s a straightforward office in a busy part of the market area. We don't have a slick lobby or a coffee bar. We just have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and our files. It can get quite noisy outside with all the shops and people moving around Gupta Ganj, but we’re used to it. We do consulting work, which mostly means we spend a lot of time on the phone or reading through documents. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy presentations. We just give people the information they need. Sometimes we're running a bit behind on filing, and there are stacks of paper on the side tables. It shows we’re busy. We’ve been here for some time and have seen how Palwal has grown. We like being part of this community. It’s a practical place to run a business. We don't have a lot of rules about how things look, as long as the work gets finished. It’s just a group of us trying to do right by the people who hire us. We take our lunches together sometimes when it isn't too hectic. It's a decent way to earn a living and we appreciate the people who stop by our office.
