We run Faridabad Cabs Pvt Ltd out of House No 800 in Jawahar Colony. This is in the NIT area of Faridabad. It is a busy residential part of town, so there is always someone moving around. Our office is basically part of the house, which makes it easy to stay on top of things at all hours. We have drivers coming in and out to check their schedules or just to take a break between trips. The neighborhood can be quite noisy with kids playing and vehicles passing by on the narrow streets of Jawahar Colony. We have a few desks and some phones that ring pretty often. We don’t have a big fancy garage; the cars are usually out on the road or parked nearby. People in NIT know us because we’ve been at House No 800 for quite a while. We don't use any big slogans. We just try to make sure the cars are where they need to be when people call us up. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when the rain floods the local roads, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a family-run feel here, even though we are a private limited company. We all just pitch in and do what is needed to keep the business going day after day in Faridabad. It is a lot of work but it keeps us on our toes.
