You can find our facility at Plot No.2 in Sector 13. It’s a decent-sized plot where we handle everything for Escorts Contruction Equipment Limited. It isn't just a small shed, but it’s still an industrial site at the end of the day. There is always a lot of heavy machinery moving around the yard, which makes it a noisy and busy place to be. We have a lot of different people working here, from the guys on the assembly floor to the ones moving parts in the warehouse. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure everything is in the right place at the right time. We don't go in for corporate talk or big promises. The work we do is visible in the machines parked outside. The weather affects us quite a bit since a lot of the equipment is too big to keep indoors all the time. On rainy days, things slow down a little, but we find things to do inside the main building. We’ve been in Sector 13 for a while, so we’re pretty settled into the routine here. It’s not a glamorous job, dealing with heavy steel and engines, but it’s what we do. We just focus on putting the equipment together and making sure the parts fit like they should. It’s a lot of physical work and long hours, but that’s the nature of the construction equipment business. We just keep our heads down and work.
