At Eli Research Pvt Limited, we work out of building 1 B 60 in the NIT area of Faridabad. It’s a pretty old part of the city and it has a lot of character. We’ve been in this location for quite a while now. The building is a bit worn on the outside, but it’s solid. Inside, we have our research setup with plenty of desks and computer screens. We spend most of our hours looking at data and writing up reports. It’s not the kind of work that involves a lot of excitement, but it keeps us busy. The area is usually quite noisy with traffic and local vendors calling out, so we keep the windows shut mostly. We have a small crew and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. There’s no one really checking over our shoulders all the time; we just trust each other to finish the work. We use the local shops for our supplies and usually get tea from the stall just down the road when we need a break. It’s a very standard office life. We don't have any mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just come in, do the research we need to do, and go home when the day is finished. It’s a long-standing routine that has worked for us for years.
