Easy Connect

You can find us at Easy Connect over in Shubhash Nagar, specifically at 507-A/9 along the Old Railway Road here in Gurgaon. This is our main office, though it’s not some big glass building like you see in the newer parts of the city. It is a more traditional setup in an older neighborhood. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly dealing with connections and making sure everything works for our customers. The office gets a bit cramped with all the wires and spare parts sitting around. There is always a phone ringing or someone typing away on a keyboard. We keep the air conditioner running pretty much all day because the sun hits this side of the building hard in the summer. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a quick break, but usually, it is just constant work. The traffic on Old Railway Road can be a bit of a headache if you are trying to visit us, so we tell people to come early. We’ve got a small desk for walk-ins, but most of our work happens behind the scenes or out at people's locations. It’s a bit messy with paperwork sometimes because we still like to keep physical records of everything we do. It’s just how we’ve always managed things at this branch. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just keeping the connections going for everyone around.
