Our office is located at House Number 3H/47 in the NIT area of Faridabad. NIT is an old part of the city, and our building fits right in. It’s a residential-style setup that we’ve converted for our pharmaceutical business. We have a few rooms filled with filing cabinets and stock. It’s not very modern, but it works for what we need to do. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking emails. We deal with various doctors and clinics nearby. Because we are in a residential street, it’s relatively quiet, which we appreciate. However, finding a spot to park the delivery van can sometimes be a struggle. We’ve got a small team that has been together for a while. We know each other's habits and how the work flows. There’s always a kettle going for tea in the back. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just do whatever needs to be done to get the orders out on time. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the dining-table-turned-desk, but we eventually get through it. We’ve lived and worked in Faridabad for a long time. This place is just our base for helping provide medicines to the local community. It’s a humble setup, but we’re proud of the work we do here every day. We just take it one order at a time.
