Our place is located at Plot Number 338 in Sector-24, which is right near the Mujesar Thana. Being close to the police station makes it easy to give people directions. It’s an industrial kind of area, so there’s always the sound of machinery or trucks moving around nearby. Inside, we have our machines set up and rows of materials waiting to be used. It’s not a quiet office; it’s a working floor where things are actually being made. We spend most of our time checking the machines and making sure the output looks okay. The floors are concrete and the walls are just plain, because we’re here to work, not to look at decor. During lunch, we usually sit around the main table and talk about whatever is going on in the sector. The dust from the knitting process is something we just deal with every day. Sector-24 has a lot of businesses like ours, so it feels like a community of people just trying to get through their production schedules. We don’t have a fancy marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us, the equipment, and the piles of knitwear that need to be packed and shipped out. It's a lot of repetitive work, but it's what we do here. We keep a whiteboard by the door to track the daily counts so everyone stays on the same page. The loading dock gets a bit slippery when it rains, so we have to be careful.
