Development Research Services Pvt Ltd is located over at Ashoka Enclave in Faridabad. We are on the first floor of building number 22. It is a pretty standard office setup for a research group. We have been in this part of Faridabad for a while now. The 121003 area is quite busy, but once you get up to the first floor, it stays reasonably quiet for us to get our work done. We handle a lot of different research projects, which means we are usually buried under a lot of paperwork and spreadsheets. It isn't a very large team, so we all know what each other is working on. There are desks squeezed into most of the available space. We don't go in for anything fancy like modern art or designer furniture. It is just a place to sit and think and write. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking over data points. Sometimes the traffic outside on the main road gets loud, but we just shut the windows and keep going. We are just a group of people who like looking into things and figuring out how they work. It is a straightforward office, and we like it that way. We don't have a receptionist or anything, just whoever is closest to the door when someone knocks will answer it. It works for us and keeps the atmosphere pretty informal and relaxed throughout the day.
