We run the business out of this house which makes for a very different atmosphere than an industrial park. It’s a residential neighborhood in Hariyana so it is mostly quiet except for the usual sounds of the street. We do a lot of the assembly and testing of our devices right here. There are workbenches scattered around with soldering irons wires and small components everywhere. It can look a bit messy to someone walking in for the first time but we know where everything is. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a corporate lobby or a reception desk. Usually you just walk in and see one of us working on a circuit board or packing a box for shipping. We have our tea breaks in the small kitchen area and talk about things other than work sometimes. It is a small team and we’ve grown to know each other’s habits pretty well. Being in a house means we have to be mindful of the neighbors so we don't make too much noise late at night. It’s a practical way to run things and it keeps our focus on the actual hardware we are making. The weather gets hot in Faridabad but we just keep the coolers running and stay busy with the orders coming in.
