Our place is in Sector 28 in Faridabad, specifically at house number 1817. Faridabad has its own rhythm compared to Delhi or Gurgaon. It feels a bit more grounded here. The office is basically a converted space that fits our needs just fine. We do not have a lobby or a dedicated security desk. You just walk in and we are there. It is a quiet enough street most days, though you get the usual sounds of the neighborhood. We spend our time working through tasks and trying to keep everything organized. It is not a high-tech hub with bean bags or free snacks. It is just a place where people come to earn a living. We have been in this part of Haryana for a good bit of time. Everyone knows where Sector 28 is, so it is not too hard for visitors to find the gate. The building is simple and does not stand out much from the others on the block. Inside, the furniture is a bit worn, but it does the job. We do not have a lot of meetings about innovation or whatever the big companies are talking about these days. We just focus on the lists we have for the day. Lunch is usually eaten at the desks while we chat about whatever happened on the news. It is an honest way to spend the day.
