We run the Continental Merchantile Corp Recruitment Agency out of Plot No 27 in Daljeet Colony. We’re right on Sehatpur Road, near Palla No 1 in the Sarai Khawaja area of Faridabad. It’s a busy little corner of Haryana. People come in and out all day looking for work or trying to find staff for their own businesses. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and a lot of filing cabinets full of resumes and job descriptions. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside and people talking, but that’s the nature of a recruitment place. We try to help folks find a decent job that fits what they know how to do. We aren’t those big fancy headhunters you see in movies. We’re just local people helping other local people get a paycheck. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, and we have to stay late to get through it all. The post office at Tilpat is close by, which is handy for all the letters we have to send out. We’ve been in this 121003 area for a while, so we’ve seen a lot of people come and go. We don't make any big promises, we just look at what’s available and try to match it up. It’s simple, honest work, even if it gets a bit chaotic on Monday mornings when everyone is looking for a fresh start.
