We’ve been based in NIT Faridabad for some time now, specifically at 2 H 115. It’s a busy area in Haryana, and there’s always something going on outside our windows. Colt Technology Services India Private Ltd is a bit of a mouthful, so we just stick to the basics when we talk to our neighbors. The office is a functional space where we handle all our daily tasks. It’s not a fancy place with a gym or a cafeteria; we just have our desks and a small area to sit when we need a break. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which makes a big difference. We don't really do the whole formal office thing with strict dress codes or fancy titles. We just work together to get the job done. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when there’s a lot to do, but we usually manage to pull through by just talking to each other and figuring it out. The building at 2 H 115 has its quirks, like a squeaky door and some old wiring, but it’s our home and it works for what we need. We don't have any big plans to move or become a giant corporation. We are quite happy being a local business in Faridabad, doing our work and going home at the end of the day.
