Choco Belgique

We’ve been here on Mehrauli Road in Sector 15 for a while now. It’s just a small spot, nothing too fancy, located at number 726. Most days start pretty early because we have a lot to get through. Chocolate is one of those things that needs a lot of attention, or it just doesn't turn out right. We spend most of our time in the back working with the heaters and the molds. It gets a bit messy sometimes with the cocoa powder and the sugar, but that is just part of the job. You can usually find us here from morning until the evening when the street gets a bit busier with traffic. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is ready for people who stop by. The shop at Choco Belgique isn't hard to find if you know where the main road is. We try to keep things simple and just focus on what we’re doing. Sometimes the weather makes it hard because heat isn't great for what we make, so we keep the cooling running pretty high. It’s a quiet life mostly, just dealing with deliveries and keeping the shelves looking okay. We’ve seen the area change a bit over the years, but we’re still right here in the same spot in Sector 15. If you’re walking down Mehrauli Road, you might see us through the window just doing our usual work.
