Our office for Catalyst Business Solutions is actually located at House No 1179 in Sector 19, Faridabad, Haryana 121002 India. It is a residential area, so it’s much quieter than being right in the middle of a busy commercial market. We use a good portion of the house for our operations, with desks set up in what used to be the main living area. Haryana can get quite hot in the peak months, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are positioned just right. It’s a family-style environment here. We often have lunch together and talk about things other than work, like what’s happening in the neighborhood or how the local cricket team is doing. We don’t have a big shiny sign outside, just the house number and our name so people can find us. Working out of Sector 19 in Faridabad is nice because we don't have to deal with the crazy traffic of the bigger cities every single morning. We’ve got a small team, and everyone knows their role. We don't spend time on fancy brochures or marketing slogans. We just focus on the tasks we have and try to get through the day without too many distractions. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit on the porch until it comes back on. It’s a very grounded way to run things, and it keeps us close to the community.
