Our office is on the ground floor of house number 2056 in Sainik Colony. It is tucked away in Sector 49 of Faridabad. Since it is a residential neighborhood, it is quite calm compared to the busy main market areas. We have set up our workspace here to handle the daily business side of things for Capital Fortunes. It is basically just a few rooms that we converted into an office area. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist sitting at a big marble desk. Usually, you will just find one of us answering the phones or working on the computer. The ground floor location is really handy because we do not have to deal with stairs or waiting for elevators all the time. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, so you hear some noise, but it is generally a good environment to work in. We do our financial work here, keeping track of everything and making sure the numbers add up. It is very practical. There is a small tea shop just a short walk away where we usually go when we need a break. Faridabad is a busy, growing place, but this little corner of Sainik Colony feels quite grounded and steady. We like it this way. It is not about having a tall glass building; it is just about having a quiet place to sit and get the work done. We have got our files organized in metal cabinets and the windows look right out onto the street.
