Brijwashi Janta Hotel & Misthan Bhandar

Our shop is right on GT Road in Ballabhgarh. We’ve been serving sweets and meals here for quite some time now. People usually stop by when they are traveling through or living around the 121004 area. It's a busy stretch of road, so there is always dust and noise outside, but inside we just focus on the milk and sugar. We make our sweets fresh every day in the back room. My father started this place, and now we just keep it going. It is a simple setup with some benches and a counter full of barfi and gulab jamun. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud, but they keep the place cool enough. We don't have a big menu, just the things we are good at making. The samosas go fast in the evening. Most people take boxes of sweets home for their families. We handle everything ourselves, from cleaning to serving. It isn't a five-star place, just a regular hotel and sweet shop for the common people. Ballabhgarh has changed a lot, but we are still here in the same spot. If you are passing by on the main road, you can't miss us. We stay open late most nights because that's when the travelers come through. We just try to keep the benches clean and the food hot for everyone who stops.
