Briging Talents

You can find us over at D 45 Mata Chowk, right near the floormill in Ajronda, Sec 15A. If you’re in Faridabad, you probably know the spot. The sound of the mill is something you just get used to after a while. Briging Talents is our small operation here. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of people. It’s just a handful of us sitting in the office trying to connect folks with the right opportunities. The walls are a bit plain and we don't have any of those motivational posters you see in movies. We just have our desks and our phones. It gets pretty busy around Mata Chowk, so there’s always noise coming in from the street. We don’t mind it. It reminds us that there’s a whole world of people out there looking for work or trying to build something. Our day usually starts with a quick chat about what’s on the schedule and then we just dive in. There isn't a lot of corporate culture here. We’re more about just talking to people like they are actually people, not just names on a list. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the internet slows down, but we just work around it. That's life in Faridabad for you. We just keep showing up and doing the best we can with what we have. It’s simple work, but we find it worth the effort.
