Being on Railway Road in Faridabad means it's always noisy outside. Bridgestone India is located here at Plot 5 B 3 A, near the Banke Bihari Mander area. It’s an old-school kind of place. The address is long, but most locals know the way. We’ve got the Banglo plot here. It’s not a shiny corporate tower. It’s more of a practical building. We deal with people coming in and out all day. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we keep the fans going. It’s a busy part of Nit 5. Working here feels different than those big glass offices in Delhi. We know the neighbors. The guys at the shop next door always wave. We handle things as they come. There’s a lot of inventory and moving parts to keep track of. It gets hot in the summer, really hot. We just drink a lot of cold water and keep moving. We don’t spend time on fancy speeches. We just do the work we need to do. Every morning we open up, check the lists, and start.
