Thirty-two years is a long time to be doing anything, but that is how long Brentford Services Pvt Ltd has been around. We are located at J 306 in Wembley Estate, over in Rosewood City. Sector 49 - 50 is a nice area, even if it’s changed a lot since we first started out. Being a recruitment firm for three decades means we’ve seen a lot of people come and go. The office here in Gurgaon feels lived-in. There are files everywhere, and the phones never really stop ringing for long. We aren't a new startup with bean bags and fancy lighting. We’re just a group of people who know how to find other people for jobs. It’s what we’ve done for thirty-two years, after all. Sometimes the office gets a bit chaotic, but we usually know where everything is. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just look at resumes and talk to people. It’s pretty straightforward. Rosewood City is a good place for us to be based. It’s quiet enough to get work done but close enough to the city action. We take our lunches together sometimes, and we talk about how much the recruitment business has changed since the nineties. It’s a steady kind of life here. We don’t try to sound more important than we are. We’re just an old firm that still shows up every morning to do the same work we’ve always done. We keep things moving, one person at a time.
